Offering Managment ExcellenceIn this role the incumbent will carry accountability for the overall health of the HPS portfolio and successful delivery of NPI Innovation engine working with the respective Offering Management leaders & practitioners in the business. This role of Offering Manager Excellence Leader is a critical and pivot role in transforming and influencing the business to drive organic growth through NPI/innovation; deliver strong portfolio management; ad provide partnership and collaboration with GBE’s to drive customer centricity . Key requirements

Drive healthy portfolio lifecycle management; including how/when to revitalize stagnant parts of the portfolio, proactively planning end-of-life or replacement and maintaining healthy vitality and working capital ratios in the portfolio.

Create an investment/fund manager approach to the IPP budget for HPS, ensuring all funds are being used in the most effective way and is strategically aligned to deliver return on investment.

Turn HPS into a best-in-class innovation machine that identifies strategically meaningful & financially material NPI ideas and efficiently cultivates them from ideation to development to commercialization in a manner that ensures HPS consistently gets significant contribution from NPIs/Innovation.

OM Excellence Leader will do this by establishing standard work, KPIs, MOS that enables the right approach, work & discussion/decisions, as well as bringing the right amount of review.

OM Excellence Leader is responsible to ensure the business is able to consistently deliver its commitments and reach desired outcomes and is accountable to provide the systems, tools, processes, MOS to get there.

Sales Enablement: Support internal teams, including technical sales and business units, by offering market insights and competitive analysis, contributing to the development of compelling value propositions.

Industry Representation: Participate in conferences, fairs, industry events, meetings, and networking to promote Honeywell’s full-stack solutions and capabilities.

OM Excellence Leader must exhibit the new HON Behaviors very well, particularly winning together, accountability and innovating/creating value for customers. They will need to be exceptionally collaborative working with Offering Managers & Leaders in HPS as well as OM SMEs sitting in corporate & PMT teams.

Drive continuous improvement and seek ways to do things better, faster and more efficiently.

Enable the business and the sales team with data, tools, and assets.

MUST HAVE

· 7+ years Offering /Commercial/Operational experience

Demonstrated Analytical skills w.r.t creating and delivering insights and recommendations that have driven change and moved the needle positively in business performance.

Ability to drive cross-functional programs from planning to execution.

Experience within large enterprises working through process improvements via lean, continuous improvements.

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Cross-business partnership with other HON GBEs to share and support joint efforts to drive growth.

Innovative, strategic mindset with eye towards continuous improvement.
