AMLI Residential has a Service Technician opening at AMLI City Vista.Duties include:
Perform maintenance service such as: plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning repairs, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement, etc.
Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests, and notify management upon completion of service requests or of pending work due to back ordered supplies.
Be available to work on a rotating, on-call basis, including weekends and nights.
Keep pools, fountains, hot tubs, and other amenity areas in clean and operable condition. Maintain and monitor all safety related equipment and needed records.
Conduct inspections as required, per policy and participate in preventative maintenance to include pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.
Weekends and on call availability required.
We are looking for a dedicated candidate with EPA Universal or type 1 and 2 certification plus 1-3 years related experience.
