Description We are currently seeking an experienced, dynamic, and diligent Litigation Attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will represent clients in all phases of litigation from initiation to expert discovery, managing the case strategy with the team, including developing case strategy, preparing discovery, managing client relationships, and negotiating with opposing parties.Responsibilities:

Represent clients in court or before government agencies.

Present evidence in a compelling manner, presenting the case and arguing on behalf of the client.

Conduct an initial case groundwork including gathering and analyzing the facts of the case.

Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for clients and businesses.

Present and summarize cases to judges and juries.

Evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases.

Prepare legal briefs and opinions, and file appeals in state and federal courts of appeal.

Develop and manage relationships with clients and potential clients.

Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients where appropriate.

Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.

Maintain professional networks and stay up-to-date with changes in law.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D) degree from an accredited law school.

Must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of TX

Proven background in litigation matters with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to develop legal strategy and objectives.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

An ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively.

Self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented, and reliable.

Understanding of procedures, rules, and terminology related to law practices.

Professional attitude and strong personal ethics, demonstrating discretion, and ability to maintain client confidentiality.

Proficient troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills.
