Prepare and maintain financial models for lenders, equity partners and other financiers

Provide financial analysis for land development projects

Support on-time land closings

Assist with portfolio management of multiple ongoing development projects

Maintain the Land Finance Log

Review Term Sheet, CFR’s and land committee packages for reasonableness, accuracy and completeness

Modify CFR’s adjusting key levers (absorption, lot price, overhead, EM return etc.) and adjusting for final financing method

Assist with due diligence and budget documentation from Land Development Managers and Operations Managers and distribute to lenders, finance and equity partners to support the close process

Support Legal team, lenders, equity and other financiers to coordinate closing activities

Prepare new project and annual updated Equity Partner IRR models

Prepare land bank models

Finalize and update lot pricing and EM provisions at substantial completion and as needed

Other analysis and land finance support requests as needed

QualificationsPrerequisites:

College degree, preferably in Finance

Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel

Proficient with financial proforma models and spreadsheetsProficient with financial proforma models and spreadsheets

Excellent verbal and written communication along with active listening skills

Sound analytical skills and working knowledge of financial and economic concepts

Self-motivated to work independently with a willingness to ask questions

Effective problem-solving approach and skills

Works well with a variety of people demonstrating a professional demeanor
