A long-term client of The Denzel Group is in need of a Level II Field Operations Analyst. You will be an IT Specialist with experience in supporting applications and liaising with the field folks and IT. Support 3 - 5 applications to assist the team and vendor relationships. Requirements:
- 5 years software application analyst and troubleshooting
- Support internal team members, field operations
- Work with vendors - to provide optimal service
- Program management / project management
- Oversee applications - investigate application issues. All are 3rd party provided
- Good communication
