Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an HR Coordinator in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will assist with various HR activities, including onboarding, employee transitions, benefits administration, and HRIS management in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities: Assist with all aspects of onboarding, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for new hires Handle employee transitions, including both new hires and terminations, with professionalism and confidentiality Administer benefits and manage open enrollment periods, serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries Maintain HRIS information, ensuring data accuracy and compliance Assist with HRIS conversion, ensuring accurate data transfer and minimal disruption to HR operations Monitor and manage employee benefit plans and programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements Utilize HRIS systems such as UKG Pro and UltiPro HRIS to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency Support the HR team in various tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a collaborative spirit. Requirements Demonstrable experience in Benefits Administration and Benefits Coordination Proficiency in managing Employee Benefit Plans and Employee Benefit Programs Experience in handling Open Enrollment processes Familiarity with HRIS Human Resources Info Systems, including implementation and conversion Expertise in managing HRIS Database Proficiency in using UKG Pro and UltiPro HRIS software Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Relevant degree or certification in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
