We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to fill the position of IT Expert – AV (Audio Visual) within our IT - Department group based in Houston, Texas.Key Responsibilities:

Project Management including coordination efforts between IT teams, facilities teams, and vendors.

Support platforms for Microsoft Teams Rooms designed with Logitech, Lenovo, QSC, and Crestron technologies.

Support audio processing platforms such as Biamp, QSC, Shure, and Sennheiser.

Building relationships with the business to work with users on ways to improve their efficiencies in their conference room experience.

QualificationsRequired Qualifications:

8 years of relevant IT experience.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience.

Strong understanding and experience designing, implementing, and supporting A/V systems in conference rooms, large meetings spaces, and executive rooms.

Strong understanding and experiencing implementing and supporting Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and Microsoft Teams displays.

Manage 3rd party service providers to ensure effective delivery of conference room installations.

Strong project management skills utilizing both Agile and waterfall methods.

Build and maintain relationships with customer support teams. Provide ongoing updates and training.

Act as an escalation point for complex A/V and conferencing issues.

Build and maintain relationships with vendors.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Strong work ethic with attention to detail.

Desired Qualifications:

Industry certifications such as CTS, CTS-I or CTS-D.

Experience with implementing and supporting digital signage and hoteling solutions.

Experience with Microsoft 365.
