Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Director of Talent Acquisition in Houston, Texas. This role will involve managing a team of recruiters, developing key performance indicators, and creating effective recruiting strategies. The position requires a solid understanding of building rapport and working with all levels of staff and leaders. Responsibilities: Oversee the recruitment team and all recruitment processes Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies Establish key performance indicators to measure recruitment team's effectiveness Foster relationships and work seamlessly with all levels of staff and leaders Manage the use of Applicant Track System for streamlined recruitment process Perform background checks as part of the recruitment process Oversee benefit functions for employees Employ cold calling techniques as part of recruitment strategies Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and tools for effective recruitmentRequirements Minimum of 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or similar roles Proficiency in using Applicant Track System Experience conducting Background Checks Understanding of Benefit Functions Experience in Cold Calling Ability to develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans Proven track record of managing and leading a talent acquisition team Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong decision-making skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred Certified Professional in Talent Management (CPTM) certification would be an advantageRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
