Director - Industrial Hygiene

We are seeking a commercially driven and technically accomplished Director to join our Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) team in Texas. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial leadership role ideal for a professional with deep expertise in Industrial Hygiene, combined with a strong track record in client development, strategic growth, and market expansion.The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and profitability of our Industrial Hygiene & Built Environment practice across Texas and the broader Southern U.S. - delivering high-quality technical solutions, cultivating client relationships, and building a high-performing team to support long-term success.Strategic Leadership & GrowthDevelop and execute a strategic plan to expand EH&S services across Texas and the Southern U.S.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your industry network and market insight.Collaborate with executive leadership to shape service offerings, go-to-market strategies, and regional positioning.Client Development & Commercial ImpactServe as a trusted advisor to clients across sectors including real estate, insurance, legal, construction, industry, and public agencies.Lead proposal development, client presentations, and contract negotiations to secure high-value projects.Drive revenue growth through strategic account management and cross-functional collaboration.Technical Oversight & DeliveryTechnical Oversight & DeliveryOversee and contribute to a wide range of EH&S projects, including:Industrial Hygiene assessments (e.g., asbestos, lead-based paint, mold, and indoor air quality).Environmental investigations and property assessments.Exposure assessments, risk characterization, and mitigation planning.Ensure technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction across all project phases.Lead multidisciplinary teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of complex environmental and health & safety initiatives.Develop and implement quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) protocols to maintain high technical standards.Provide strategic guidance on emerging EH&S trends, technologies, and regulatory changes.Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.Collaborate with clients to define project goals, manage expectations, and deliver tailored solutions.Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate project success and drive operational efficiency.
