As NASA’s largest engineering solutions provider working together with NASA at centers across the United States.We have an exciting opportunity for a Digitization Assistant to join the team with Barrios, a teammate company.The Digitization Assistant will:

Scan and digitize drawings, documents and plots

Respond to queries for information and access relevant files

Develop and Maintain Database of digitized materials

Communicate the Details of New Process with key Stakeholders

Work with current or old data formats and media-Responsible for complying with data integrity and security policies, printing and scanning files and generating reports.

Requires a HS diploma or its equivalent.

Basic knowledge of office procedures and ability to follow instructions

Data entry experience or related office experience

Experience with MS Office and data programs

Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks

Quick typing skills

Attention to detail

Computer savvy

Confidentiality

Thoroughness

Requisition Preferences:

College Degree or High school diploma with additional computer training or certifications

Familiarity with Johnson Space Center (JSC) organizations, processes, and procedures.
