This role is central to our operations, requiring proficiency in Accounting Software Systems, and various accounting functions. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing accounts payable and receivable, conducting audits, managing budgets, and preparing financial statements. Responsibilities: Oversee the processing of accounts payable and receivable to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of financial data and adherence to financial regulations and standards. Manage budget processes, including the preparation, review, and approval of budgets. Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring all financial data is accounted for and reported accurately. Prepare financial statements for review by senior management. Monitor and manage the use of Accounting Software Systems to maintain accurate financial records. Prepare and post journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded. Coordinate with other departments to collect and analyze financial data. Develop and implement effective strategies for all accounting functions. Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to the accounts payable and receivable.Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Controller or in a similar role Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems Solid understanding and experience with Accounting Functions Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Knowledge and experience in conducting Auditing Familiarity with Budget Processes Experience with Month End Close procedures Ability to prepare Financial Statements Experience with Journal Entries Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong analytical and strategic planning skills Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
