Description We are seeking a Compensation Supervisor to join our team in Houston, Texas. This role is vital within our organization, focusing on managing and overseeing all aspects of employee compensation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing compensation campaigns, conducting market analysis, and ensuring regulatory compliance.Responsibilities: Manage the execution of compensation campaigns, including salary structures and bonus campaigns. Guide and mentor a direct report, fostering detail-oriented growth and development. Conduct comprehensive market analysis to manage salary structures effectively. Lead annual salary surveys, recommending changes based on the analysis. Develop and implement comprehensive compensation programs, policies, and procedures. Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations. Analyze compensation data meticulously, preparing reports for senior management. Create presentations for senior management, communicating complex data clearly and effectively. Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage and analyze compensation data. Manage merit increases and promotions, conducting salary reviews as necessary. Requirements Strong understanding and experience with Benefit Functions Proven track record of managing and implementing Bonus Programs Proficiency in Budget Processes and financial forecasting Experience in Claim Administration, specifically in employee benefits claims Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal In-depth knowledge of Compensation & Benefits in a corporate setting Experience with Compensation - Commissions, including calculation and distribution Ability to conduct thorough Compensation Analysis and provide actionable insights Familiarity with Compensation Benchmarking tools and methods Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
