Developing and implementing a cohesive communications strategy for employee and other stakeholders. This includes the production of newsletters, town hall, news releases and other content.
Collaborating with communications colleagues regionally across BASF Corporation, and globally across Engineering to ensure consistent messaging is reflected in communications documents.
Continuously refreshing and supporting GEC cultural strategies to promote collaboration and engagement.
Maintaining a close connection to colleagues in the Engineering team to facilitate the incorporation of feedback and input from the Engineering organization into communication avenues.
Working closely with Engineering leaders to understand the communications needs and work independently to create content to meet the needs.
If you
Have a Bachelor's Degree in Communications or Engineering or related fields.
Possess five years or more of experience in either communications, engineering or any related support role.
Have strong communication skills and have demonstrated them in prior positions.
