DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSPerforms varied professional administrative functions associated with organizing the development and implementation of administrative and supervisory activities to strategically align with current proposed organizational structure and processes for day-to-day operational goals. Works closely with management to establish procedures, consistency and accuracy of workflow that increase the productivity of our employees and the efficiency of our operations. The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing, centralizing, and leading the overall office management and administrative functions. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:Duties include, but are not limited to the following tasks:

Investigates special problems encountered by employees.

Respond to internal and external inquiries, provide requested information, and/or redirect inquiries to the appropriate individual, service line or department.

Assist with the tracking of area’s vacancies and new positions.

Manage and update branch vacancy reports and policy promotions.

Research, analyze, and review new vendors, equipment, products, and services.

Assists with special projects as assigned by management.

Prepare travel and membership documentation.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSEDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTSRequires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Liberal Arts, or a closely related field.EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSFive years of administrative experience are required.Professional administrative experience may be substituted for the above education requirement on a year-for-year basis.LICENSE REQUIREMENTSNonePREFERENCESPreferences will be given to candidates with experience supporting executive staff. Preferences will also be given to candidates with good communication skills, the ability to work well with team members, and multi-task skills.
