Your Role:
Accounts Payable/Receivable Support: Assist with processing vendor invoices, matching invoices to purchase orders/vouchers, processing daily invoices/credits, applying cash, and aiding in the collection of past due balances.
General Accounting and Administration: Provide support in areas such as G/L, account reconciliation, month-end closing, and other ad hoc projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every step.
Technical Expertise: Utilize your strong Microsoft Excel skills, including proficiency in Pivot Tables and V-Lookups, to analyze data effectively and drive insights.
Problem-Solving: Code documents accurately, reconcile discrepancies, and contribute to the resolution of financial discrepancies with meticulous attention to detail.
Adaptability: Thrive in diverse environments and situations, demonstrating flexibility and resilience as you navigate various challenges and projects.
