Staff Insider Threat Analyst

In this role, you will provide Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Insider Threat Matters (ITM) support for Management, Compliance, Legal, and HR investigations. You will support Cyber incident response activities in areas of DLP and ITM. You'll perform reviews of DLP reports for exit employees and assist the stakeholders in retrieving the data from exit employees and log data and preserve evidence to ensure its integrity.As a Staff Insider Threat Analyst, you will be responsible for:- Conducting DLP and ITM reviews relating to exit employees or any requests from stakeholders like Supervisors/Managers, Legal, Compliance Teams
- Leading, participate & assist Managers/Supervisors in the investigation & recovery procedures related to data loss
- Applying existing technologies, approaches, methodologies in new combinations to design new products, systems, or processes
- Presenting projects plans, technical roadmaps, risks, and recommendations to senior leaders
- Collaborating & contributing for DLP and ITM processes & procedures
- Developing & Reporting DLP metrics to the leadership
- Developing specific expertise in areas such as Insider Threat models, discern patterns of complex behaviour, and provide an accurate understanding of present and future threats to company intellectual property
- Review and analyze content monitoring system incidents to identify, prioritize and report issues for review and correction
- Have Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math). A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in STEM-related degree, Political Science/Government/International Affairs
- Have at least 5 years of experience in Cyber Investigations or Insider Threat reviews
- Have ability to set and manage expectations with key stakeholders and team members
- Have strong ability to prioritize and execute with minimal direction or oversight
- Have exceptional critical thinking, writing, and presentation skills that properly qualify assessments with concise, relevant, and accurate communications
- Have proven track record of successfully managing and executing on short term and long-term projects and the ability to establish rapport with various roles (executive management to deeply technical)
- Have desired background working in government intelligence or cyber intelligence
- Have added advantage: Have experience with Digital Guardian, User Entity Behavior Analytics (UEBA) tools
