Project Manager R.P.L.S. (Texas Registered only) Houston, Texas
We are growing and have an immediate opening for a Project Manager RPLS (Texas Registered only)
Responsibilities will include:
1. Management of field and office staff for Infrastructure Roadway, Subdivision and Commercial Projects in Houston / Galveston / Conroe Vicinities from the Houston Office.
2. Surveys included are Boundary, Topographic, ALTA, As built, Subdivision Platting , Construction Staking, ROW acquisitions or Easement, Elevations Certificates, Vertical and Horizontal Control
3. Includes Receive survey request, research, prepare a plan of field and office work orders based on type of survey or platting (coordinate with our Plat Coordinator) as requested,
4. Coordinate operations and title abstracting with Team daily,
5. Coordinate & perform calculations to balance survey and effort, coordinate cad and final productions of survey with professional review. Also coordinate with clients and Sr Vice President of management of all surveys plus schedules and budgeting. Benefits includes full time position salary with hourly after 8 hrs/day, holidays, vacation after 1 year, sick leave, Yearly bonus plus PT.
