Hydraulic Designer
Are you an experienced hydraulic designer with a passion for creating innovative systems? We are seeking a talented individual to design a hydraulic system for a marine vessel propulsion application. This is a contract opportunity for a skilled professional who can deliver excellence in hydraulic design.
Location: Remote
Responsibilities:
Design a hydraulic system layout for marine vessel propulsion according to specifications provided.
Develop a Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) for the hydraulic system.
Specify components, including pumps, gas motors, valves, and high-speed hydraulic motors, ensuring compatibility and efficiency.
Ensure that the hydraulic system meets performance requirements and safety standards.
Collaborate with project stakeholders to incorporate feedback and make necessary adjustments to the design.
Requirements:
Proven experience in hydraulic system design, particularly in marine applications.
Proficiency in creating detailed P&IDs and system layouts.
Familiarity with hydraulic components and their specifications.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Contract Details:
Deliverables: P&ID, system layout design, component specifications.
Compensation: Negotiable based on experience and scope of work.
