Small Houston Based Company looking for an Estimator in Construction, specifically Commercial and Residential Roofing.
We are open to a new candidate willing to be trained.
Hourly based on experience. Monday - Friday (8am-5pm) Overtime available.
Will go through background check and phone and in person interviews.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-managing bids from vendors and contractors
-meeting bid due dates
-analyzing required documents, blueprints, and project plans to gain a thorough understanding of projects
-determining what factors of production will influence the cost of a service or product
-preparing material/labor estimates and cost estimates for bids/projects
-presenting prepared estimates to management
-compiling and recording actual costs
