Travel Reservation Specialist

Location: Fully Remote - Very Important, this is a remote opportunity for US Non-California residents ONLY
Salary: $20.00/hr
Schedule: This is a full-time temp-to-hire position.

Responsibilities:
Create and maintain all travel reservations, including accurately responding to questions; quoting prices and payment terms; securing reservation options; documenting special requests; and processing payments.
Recommend solutions to overcome client objections and address travel partner and guest concerns.
Make outbound lead follow-up telephone calls and emails to qualify leads
Provide superior customer service in all interactions with travel agency partners, guests, and internal partners.
Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) to interact with travel agency partners, guests, and internal partners.
Ability to learn detailed knowledge of the company's products and services.
Ability to quickly learn internal reservations booking system and supporting systems.
Attention to detail and a high level of self-motivation.
Strong computer skills with basic MS Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to multi-task and work independently.
Strong desire to exceed guest expectations.
Previous customer service, airline or travel industry experience (particularly working with professional travel agents) preferred.
Professional, customer service oriented, friendly, and outgoing.
