We are currently looking for a Service Manager to join our growing team!

A day in the life of the Service Manager would be:

Manage and oversee all service and warranty work, including scheduling and ensuring timely completion of projects, managing and vetting sub installers nationwide

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service requests and inquiries; including using client service portals

Work closely with the Install Manager to address reoccurring issues and come up with solutions for clients

Coordinate with project management and estimating teams

Manage all outsourced sub installers, create and approve partnership contracts

Manage and execute some production projects both nationally and locally

Support Project Managers and Permit team with various tasks to ensure top client experience

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a service management, project management, or project coordinator role; preferably within the sign manufacturing industry

Strong leadership and team-building skills

Excellent communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal abilities

Knowledge of sign manufacturing processes and materials preferred
