We are looking for a Secretary with experience in residential and commercial painting to join our team at LLC Low Low Cost Custom Painting Construction Granite Quartz Countertop Flooring, etc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting job sites, assessing painting requirements, and providing estimates. This role also includes tasks related to construction, remodeling, flooring, countertops, and cabinets, but no prior experience in these areas is required as training will be provided, and other employees will help.
Responsibilities:
Visit residential and commercial job sites to assess painting needs.
Provide accurate estimates for painting projects.
Assist with tasks related to construction, remodeling, flooring, countertops, and cabinets (no experience needed).
Collect payments from customers (check, Zelle, credit card, etc.).
Handle administrative duties, customer service, and scheduling.
Maintain good communication with customers and the team.
Requirements:
Proven experience in residential and commercial painting.

Strong organizational and communication skills.
Willingness to learn and assist with other aspects of construction and remodeling.
Good transportation for traveling to job sites.

Some business partners may want to involve themselves in the job, but the primary focus is on collecting payments from customers. Our installers will help speak with customers if any issues need to be fixed. All installers working with LLC Low Low Cost Custom Painting Construction Granite Quartz Countertop Flooring have extensive experience in flooring, countertops, and cabinets. The business partner does not need to go to the job site for cabinets, flooring, or countertops, only to collect payments. The only job site visits required are for painting projects to speak with customers, ensure customer satisfaction, and handle any painting-related issues to make the customer happy and secure all jobs from the customer.
