Entry Level
Customer Service Scheduling and data entry Specialist needed for immediate hire. We are seeking a team player, detail oriented, takes initiative, and is motivated to work! This is a full time job Monday – Friday 8 to 5 position with room for growth.
Applicants must be willing to subject to background checks!
Walk-ins are welcome, and depending on availability, we can interview same day.
Duties include (but are not limited to)
Answer phone calls
Answer emails
Maintain relationships with clients and builders
Follow up phone calls
Assist field technicians
Sales to homeowners
Manage customer accounts via online portals
Manage customer accounts via email
Data Entry using Microsoft based platforms
Assist homeowners with website navigation
Schedule jobs in a timely manner
Assist coworkers when needed
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of Word, Outlook, and Excel
Organization
Punctuality
1-2+ years of Customer Service Background
Drivers license and reliable transportation
Must be a self starter
Team oriented
Time management
