Position Overview:

We seek a dynamic and highly motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be pivotal in providing superior customer service to our diverse clientele. This position requires occasional in-office work and client visits for presentations and meetings.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency.

Assist clients with product information, policy inquiries, and claim processing.

Address client concerns and ensure timely resolution to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

Fluency in both English and Spanish.

Previous experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in medical insurance.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Willingness to commute to the office and conduct client visits as needed.
