As a Lead Attendant, you must have a passion for customer service and love helping people. You will greet customers coming in, answer their questions, and help troubleshoot any problems that may arise with our machines. You will also learn the ins-and-outs of our Wash, Dry, Fold laundry process and be responsible for the regular cleaning and maintenance of our machines.
Lead Attendant Responsibilities:
Greet our customers and guests. Being bilingual is required.
Become a laundromat expert who is able to troubleshoot any issues with our machines
Maintain a clean facility
Keep up with regular preventative maintenance tasks
Wash, dry, and fold laundry according to our process
Care for our customer’s items as if they were your own
Job Requirements of a Lead Attendant
Previous customer-facing customer service experience required
Bilingual in English & Spanish is required
Prior experience as a team lead or manager
Maintenance or handy-person experience strongly preferred
Prior experience working in a laundromat is a plus
Keep inventory stoccked
Positive attitude and ability to problem solve
Ability to stand for 8+ hour shift
