Job Description:
We are currently seeking a friendly and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Counter Staff member. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling transactions, and managing garment intake and returns.
Responsibilities:
Greeting customers as they arrive and answering their queries.
Receiving and tagging garments as per cleaning instructions.
Operating the cash register and handling cash/card transactions.
Inspecting garments for damages before and after cleaning.
Keeping the front area clean, organized and stocked.
Handling customer complaints and issues professionally.
Coordinating with the cleaning staff to ensure timely completion of orders.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
Basic computer and cash handling skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to stand for extended periods.
