We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team with a dual focus on warehouse operations and customer service. As part of this dynamic role, you will be responsible for preparing packages with shipping labels, ensuring secure and accurate merchandise packing for carrier pickup. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in supporting and responding to customer service inquiries through phone calls and emails, managing order processing, and ensuring efficient order fulfillment across multiple sales channels.

Prepare packages with shipping labels for carrier pickup, emphasizing secure and accurate merchandise packing.

Support and respond to customer service inquiries, including phone calls, emails, order processing, and overall order fulfillment.

Actively engage in sorting, organizing, stacking, and storing inventory in assigned locations.

Prepare pallets for LTL delivery in accordance with order fulfillment processes.

Fulfill orders across various sales channels and marketplaces.

Maintain a clean and organized warehouse/office environment, addressing safety hazards, removing debris, and ensuring equipment availability and optimal working conditions.

Efficiently load and unload pallets from trucks and containers, facilitating smooth receiving and delivery operations.

Exercise proper care in handling all warehouse products.

Promptly report any damaged or missing inventory to supervisors for resolution.

Contact and email customers with abandoned shopping carts to encourage completion.

Handle order issues effectively and find appropriate solutions.

Work collaboratively as an active team member to achieve team goals.

Acquire knowledge about the business to provide accurate information and solutions to customers.

Add tracking to orders when available from shipping carriers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 2 years of warehouse and customer service experience.

Fluent in English, both in writing and verbal communication.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with internal and external customers.

Strong warehouse management and customer service skills.

Strong typing skills for efficient data entry and communication with customers.

High school diploma or equivalent; college associate degree preferred.

Ability to lift 30lbs cases.

Demonstrated experience in preparing pallets.

Proficient in operating a forklift.

Moderate analytical skills with experience using Microsoft Office Excel or Google Sheets.

Tech-savvy and eager to learn.

Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Highly organized, structured, and creative problem solver.

Meet deadlines in a timely manner for daily and long-term tasks.

Ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks/workload.

Availability to work full-time, 40 hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Consistent punctual attendance is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

No paid vacations

No health insurance or any kind of insurance

Unpaid one hour lunch break

No paid holidays

No overtime and no weekends work
