Key Job Duties:
-Answer and distribute incoming phone calls or log missed calls (log name, company, phone number, reason for call, etc.)
-Walk-in customer assistance to include taking and entering in order details
-Process customer payments
-Notify customers of completed orders
-Check the status of open promo orders daily for the Sales Team
-Verify proof has been sent, approved, or pending
-Call vendors to place and check on orders
-Verify payment has been placed for vendors needing pre-payment
-Log order status, point of contact and order details
-Support Sales Team by creating research presentations
