Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am to 7:00 pm (3-day weekends)
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Efficient typing skills (minimum 40 words per minute)
- Dispatching tasks effectively and accurately
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for data entry and documentation
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Familiarity with email communication and basic office equipment
