Main Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Field calls from customers to schedule service
- General job calendar management
- Coordinate with purchasing team for ordering and acquiring materials
- Schedule service calls with clients
- Coordination and communication with with Project Management team
- Enter data into Excel based and GSuite based software
Qualifications and Skills:
- Organized
- Multitasker
- High level of integrity
- Good work ethic, self motivated
- Trainable
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially excel
- Bilingual a plus but not required (spanish)
- Flooring industry experience a plus but not required
Job Details:
- Starting pay - 17.50 / hour, with room for advancement
- Work Hours - Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm (on site necessary)
