A local distributor of construction materials is seeking a Bilingual full-time customer service associate to process orders and manage the relationships with our customers. This full-time position will take care of our walk-in customers, follow up and communicate with our customers. Training will be provided but knowledge in concrete materials is helpful.
The successful candidate:
- Should be able to establish, develop and maintaining client relationships on the phone and in person.
- Has the potential and a positive attitude to serve our clients.
- Know how to organize their work and communicate results to management.
- Can take coaching from supervisors and managers and be able to plan accordingly.
- Can follow instructions and work in a team environment
- Be good with numbers
- Be able to start communication with our customers- Bilingual is a requirement
