Position: Collections Representative (English & Spanish REQUIRED)
Hours: 9 AM – 7 PM, 5 days/week (on‑site)
Location: Houston, TX 77084
Compensation: Hourly + performance bonus (details in interview)
What You’ll Do
Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to collect current and past‑due payments.
Negotiate payment arrangements, extensions, and rewrites while preserving customer relationships.
Log every call in the DMS and keep account notes up to date.
Work closely with Sales and Service to resolve issues and reduce delinquency.
Phone work is 80%+ of your day—be ready to talk!
What You Bring
Bilingual fluency in English & Spanish (required).
Minimum 1 year experience in collections, call‑center customer service, telemarketing, or insurance.
Calm, professional phone demeanor; able to de‑escalate tough conversations.
Basic computer/data‑entry skills; familiar with DMS or collection software a plus.
Reliable transportation to our 77084 location; punctual and accountable.
