Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to join our team. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in our sales and customer service process by scheduling appointments for our HVAC technicians. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential customers via phone or email, introduce them to our services, and secure appointments for our sales team.
Responsibilities:
Cold calling potential customers to introduce our HVAC services and schedule appointments
Responding to inquiries and following up on leads generated.
Collaborating with our sales team to optimize appointment scheduling and maximize efficiency
Providing exceptional customer service and building rapport with prospective clients
Meeting or exceeding monthly appointment setting targets
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Knowledge of HVAC systems and terminology is a plus, but not required
