Job Description:

As the Venue Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the venue's operations, ensuring the seamless execution of weddings and events, and providing exceptional service to clients. You will play a key role in promoting the venue, managing bookings, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining the venue's facilities to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

1- Manage all aspects of the wedding venue's operations, including staffing, scheduling, and facility management.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing personalized assistance and guidance throughout the planning

process.

2- Conduct venue tours and consultations with prospective clients, showcasing the venue's features and amenities.

3- Collaborate with event planners, caterers, florists, and other vendors to coordinate event logistics and ensure a

seamless experience for clients.

4- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the venue, attract new clients, and maximize revenue

opportunities.

5- Oversee the booking process, contracts, and payments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies.

6- Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, competitor offerings, and client preferences to continuously

improve services and offerings.

7- Ensure the venue is clean, well-maintained, and compliant with health and safety regulations at all times.

8- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner, striving to exceed expectations

and build lasting relationships.

Qualifications:

a) Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

b) Previous experience in venue management, event planning, or hospitality management required.

c) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced

environment.

d) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to build rapport

with clients and vendors.

e) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and venue management software preferred.

f) Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by event schedules.

g) Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges and opportunities.
