I run a small bookkeeping firm. I have a project that I need help completing. I also from time to time will have other projects that I will need assistance with. This is a great gig for someone looking for some extra money. This project has an ability to work remotely and at your own pace in your spare time. The pay will be approximately $20 an hour.
The ideal candidate must have experience with QuickBooks online, be able to reconcile cash within QuickBooks. Must have experience entering in information off the bank statements into QuickBooks online and properly categorizing those expenses. Thereafter must be able to reconcile the cash account. The ideal candidate must have experience with bookkeeping with QuickBooks online. The ideal candidate will also have experience with QuickBooks cleanup.
Some initial guidance will be provided.
This project will be completed remotely so no commute is required. Must have your own computer and internet access.
There are other projects down the road that I will need help with similar to this.
Must be able to pass a background check as you will be dealing with sensitive information. References will be required.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and be able to work independently. Must be able to complete the project timely.
Although the hours are flexible I will have some projects that need someone to work 40 hours a week. Hiring preference will be given for those who have availability of 40 hours a week.
As I bring on more clients there will be other projects in the future.
