We are looking for a dynamic and bilingual Front Office Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

As the Front Office Manager, you will be the face of our dealership, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include managing collections, maintaining accurate filing systems, assisting customers with financing options. Prior car dealership experience is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage and oversee front office operations, ensuring a positive customer experience.

-Handle collections and maintain accurate records of payments and accounts.

-Assist customers with financing options and provide clear, concise information.

-Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.

-Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software.

-Utilize Google Sheets for data entry, tracking, and reporting.

-Provide bilingual support (English/Spanish) to cater to our diverse clientele.

-Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:

-Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.

-Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software and systems.

-Proficiency in Google Sheets is a must.

-Prior experience in a car dealership is a plus.

-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
