We are currently seeking a highly motivated Escrow Assistant to remotely join our team at Community National Title.
The new assistant will receive training, comprised of:
Basic industry knowledge
Utilizing and navigating through our in-house software
Understanding a residential real estate contract
The right candidate for this position has a proven track record of success. This position requires high energy and a strong drive to help our firm succeed. Overall, we are looking for a responsible, positive, solutions-oriented, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts well to change.
Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls when necessary
Inputting orders into our software
Promptly responding to several e-mails per day (occasionally even after-hours)
Setting up a new Bank account (fee will be sent to you) for receiving and making payments on our behalf.
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Creative thinker who listens and works proactively toward goals with minimal oversight
