Job Duties:
Looking for Administrative/Accounting Assistant to help assist CPA in handling various Accounting & Tax tasks that include but are not limited to:
Data Entry (Bookkeeping/Tax)
Payroll Processing
Bank reconciliations
Answer Phones/Scheduling Clients
Filing & Scanning Documents
Necessary Qualifications:
Basic Accounting & Tax Knowledge
Payroll Processing Experience
Strong knowledge of Quick-books, Excel and Word, Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Critical thinker and must have ability to work independently
Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
Ability to manage multiple tasks, organize & prioritize with excellent attention to detail
