We are immediately hiring for a Customer Service Rep to work in Temple, Texas!Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PMJob Type: Full Time, Temp to PermJob Summary:As a Customer Service Rep, you will be responsible for communicating effectively with clients and internal department contacts so that work orders are updated in the billing system, accurately and timely, by the end of each work day.Job Responsibilities May Include:
Communicating via phone and email
Handling Customer Inquiries and orders
Keeping Accurate Records
Job Requirements
Excellent Customer Service Experience
Prior Experience in Customer Service Related Role
Ability to use a PC and proficient in Microsoft Suite
Prior experience using phones for business purposes
Must have High School Diploma or GED
Must be able to sit for long hours and lift up to 50 lbs
