• Perform property accounting and maintenance scheduling job duties.
• Serve as a functional plant expert on CMMS systems.
• Meets all Safety, Health, Quality and Environmental requirements when performing job duties.

• Work safely at all times. Follow all safety policies and procedures.

• Asset cataloging 50%
• Catalogue existing assets identified in legacy CMMS system
• Prepare asset data sheets for mass load into SAP
• Maintenance PM system 50%
• Catalogue existing preventative maintenance tasks identified in legacy CMMS systems.
• Work with the plant maintenance team to identify critical gaps in existing systems
• Build detailed PM instructions as needed.
• Prepare preventative maintenance data sheets for mass load into SAP
• Other job duties as assigned.

• Education: N/A

• Experience: (Years/Type) 3 years experience in maintaining a CMMS system for Maintenance preferred. One year experience in Property accounting is preferred.
