Employee Benefit Platform Specialist Contract to Hire 100% Remote Summary: The Employee Benefit Platform Specialist is responsible for software set-ups, data reconciliation, data imports and site testing. The position requires reviewing all benefit plan designs, eligibility, rates and client requirements to ensure a successful and timely case site set-up Description: Reviews all benefit plan designs, rates, and eligibility provided by the client to guarantee a successful case site build, set-up and rollout Participates in internal and external meetings to obtain necessary information for an effective case build Develops case builds in an accurate and timely manner to meet deadlines Effectively make last minute changes or client requests based on new information received Performs testing of all benefit plans, eligibility rules, rates in the case build for high level of client satisfaction Ability to manage multiple case builds simultaneously Addresses and resolves ongoing assigned service tasks pertaining to the client case build Qualifications: Previous employee benefits or employee enrollment platform experience Self-starter with a sense of urgency Proven organizational and time management skills Team player with the ability to prioritize JavaScript experience a plus #Dice-SPG #CB-SPG #Mon-SPG #IND-SPG
