This position will entail working remotely 90% of the time, with 1-2 visits on-site per month (office or other sites).The ideal candidate will reside within 60 miles of Grand Prairie, TX area.Overview:The Senior EUC Engineer is a customer / user focused engineer that performs level 3 support, research, policy development, software packaging, configuration management, imaging, patch management and new technologies for the End-User Computing environment. In this role, you will report to the Sr. Manager within the Infrastructure department.Responsibilities:
- Developing End-User Computing policies, standards and procedures for hardware and software
- Develop and maintain:
- Configuration management
- Microsoft operating system deployment
- MECM or Intune management
- Group Policy
- Patch management
- Software packaging
- Disk and file encryption
- PC software and hardware standards
- Includes specialized applications in manufacturing and engineering
- Provide expertise in complex software configuration for common and specialized software
- Oversee and execute new version and technology projects
- Must have 5+ years' experience with SCCM / MECM
- Previous experience supporting multi-site environment
- Experience with Office 365
- Intune experience is highly desired
- Ability to function as part of a team, involving and supporting others to get the job done
- Experience with MECM, package development, Windows OS and Group Policy
- Experience in creating and deploying images
- Experienced in asset management tools and techniques
- Experience in monitoring operations and providing metrics
- General understanding of business processes
- Must possess proven analytical ability and high-level technical background
- This is a hands-on position
- Excellent writing skills to develop and maintain policies and procedures
- Highly developed analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and complete project tasks within required deadlines
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing in diverse situations with all levels of management, vendors, customers (internal), and peers
- Must have a customer service attitude
- Excellent Customer Support skills
- Able to work within a fast paced, changing, high energy team environment

- Able to lift and carry equipment such as printers, PC's and monitors:
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Able to push / pull up to 20 lbs.
- Able to carry 10 lbs. or less
- Able to climb up to 3 flights of stairs
- Some travel will be required for site visits with team members and stakeholders
- Hold a valid driver's license with a clean record
