In this role, you will support the North American Customer Support Team by providing technical assistance, configuration, and process improvement in the Sales & Distribution (SD) module of SAP. You will also contribute to broader systems and process enhancements that align with Airbus’ business and digital strategy.SAP SD Support, Configuration & Optimization (60%)Provide day-to-day support to SAP SD users, including issue resolution and troubleshootingConfigure SAP SD settings to meet business requirementsSupport SAP SD module implementations and enhancementsCollaborate with developers and functional teams to analyze, test, and deploy system improvementsPerform user acceptance testing (UAT) and propose UAT scenariosMaintain detailed user documentation and process workflowsCross-Functional Process & Communication Support (40%)Partner with internal teams to identify business challenges and deliver process-driven SAP solutionsCommunicate effectively with stakeholders to share updates, feedback, and best practicesAssist in SAP-related data collection, analysis, and reporting for managementEnsure documentation is accurate, digitally filed, and aligned with compliance requirementsContribute to a continuous improvement culture by recommending system and process upgrades
