Should have a strong technical aptitude and preferably possess 8-10 years of direct industrial and electrical experience in a manufacturing environment.
Both excellent mechanical skills (pneumatics, hydraulics, bearings, power transmission, lubrication) and electrical/electronic skills (PLC's, A/C, D/C motors and drives, AC/DC controls, and schematics) are essential for achieving machine preventative maintenance processes in assigned areas.
Responsibilities include maintaining production equipment, performing preventive maintenance activities, emergency repairs, accurately using measurement and test equipment, and maintaining clean and organized work areas.
