Who knows where our shared journey will take you?We are looking for an Entry Level Production Supervisor for 1 st shift. This position will be based at our facility in Grand Prairie, TX. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to kickstart, grow, and develop their supervisory career while actively contributing to administrative functions within our organization. Therefore, we welcome recent December 2023 and May 2024 college graduates for this role.You’ll make an impact by:

Playing a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations while also contributing to administrative tasks such as documentation, communication, and coordination.

Oversee and manage employee training, training records, and timesheet management for hourly employees in production line.

Coordinate the process for reordering non-conformant part and engineering changes (communication, tracking, escalation, and resolution) while supporting initiatives to reduce production errors, enhance product quality, increase overall productivity, and ensure accurate usage of SAP/MES systems by hourly employees.

Improve safety protocols, support continuous improvement projects (performance measurement and documentation of manufacturing processes), assist in digitalization efforts (implementing tools such as Digital Work Instructions, Operator Displays, and Performance/Status Dashboards),

Maintain a positive working relationship with the local union by adhering to the collective bargaining agreement, provide on-floor support to production supervision as needed and assist in communication between Manufacturing and Engineering teams.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:Basic Qualifications:

Associate degree (December 2023 and May 2024 graduates encouraged) or High School Diploma/GED with 2+ year successful experience in an Assembly/Manufacturing or related field.

Mechanical and hand tool proficiency with experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Ability to interpret or learn to interpret engineering drawings and schematics.

Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree

Lean Manufacturing techniques

SAP knowledge

The pay range for this position is $65,100 - $87,700. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
