Maintains the calendar; coordinates meetings and schedules conference rooms and equipment for the group supported.

Prepares agendas and data packages for key station meetings. Takes notes and provides summaries of select meetings.

Maintains departmental files, dispositions, transmittals and records.

Gathers, compiles and summarizes information for various special projects and conducts special studies as required.

Maintains and restocks work group office supplies.

Assists with database entry and updates for employee job transitions.

Proctors training tests for the Engineering team and as others as needed.

Provides supplemental support for Emergency Response Organization and Outages.

Other tasks as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:

Associate or Bachelors degree in technical discipline or a High school diploma and 6 years equivalent related work experience in area of technical expertise
