Description We are offering a role for a meticulous Receptionist in the city of Garland, Texas. As a significant part of our team, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and employees, ensuring the smooth running of our front desk operations. The work will take place in a professional office environment, offering a short-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: Answering multi-line phone system promptly and professionally Delivering high-quality customer service both face-to-face and over the phone Accurately entering data into our systems Managing email correspondence efficiently and professionally Utilizing interpersonal skills to interact with clients and colleagues Proficiently using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word for various tasks Organizing files systematically for easy retrieval Scheduling appointments accurately to ensure smooth operations Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook Demonstrated experience in answering multi-line phone systems Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive experience for all visitors and callers Proven ability to conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently Experience in managing email correspondence professionally and timely Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and visitors Ability to organize files in a systematic and accessible manner Proven experience in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems Previous experience in a receptionist role or similar is advantageous.
