Know how to read a blueprint diagram, pneumatic diagram, and hydraulic diagram.
Know how to wire up 3 phase motors and how to change direction of 3 phase motors.
Understand voltage differences from 24VDC up to 480V DC.
Mechanical Skills:
Able to repair & replace conveyors, bearings, shafts, rollers, sprockets, dock plates, dock doors, and hydraulics cylinders.
Able to replace gearbox and motors.
Able to apply grease to lubrication points properly with proper tooling.
Able to work on preventive and corrective maintenance on machines.
Shift and Pay:
1st shift 5am - 5pm - 3-2-2
3rd shift 5pm - 5am - 3-2-2
$24 to $30/hr based on experience.
Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years of industrial Maintenance experience.
Experience with Hydraulics and Pneumatics is preferred.
