Apartment Lead Maintenance Supervisor Teakwood at Seabrook (EPA) (Seabrook/Clear Lake Area)
As our Lead Maintenance Technician, you will be expected to maintain a luxurious appearance of the property and create a safe and dynamic environment for our residents and team. While providing exceptional customer service skills and executing resident service requests, you inspect and ensure preventative maintenance, safety and risk management procedures, and decrease property expenses. We are looking for someone with experience as a Lead Maintenance Technician in the multi-family apartment industry, and someone with experience and skills with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and masonry work.
Must be EPA certified. If you are a team player and dedicated with a ready-to-work attitude, this may be the perfect opportunity for you. Great company and beautiful property with benefits!
