Craft Roofing is a trusted, growing roofing company known for quality work and customer-first service. We’re looking for a motivated sales professional who can take the leads we provide, generate new ones on their own, and keep their pipeline organized for consistent results.
Role Overview:
You’ll get a steady stream of roofing leads from us, but your success will also depend on creating your own opportunities. You’ll manage your own CRM, follow up consistently, and close deals from both company-supplied and self-generated leads. Roofing sales experience is an asset, and general sales experience is a strong plus.
What You’ll Do:
- Respond quickly and professionally to leads from Craft Roofing
- Generate additional business through networking, referrals, etc.
- Conduct roof inspections and clearly explain findings to homeowners if/when needed.
- Prepare and present proposals, educate customers, and close sales
- Maintain and grow your client database in your own CRM
- Stay in touch with past customers for referrals and repeat work
- Collaborate with our team to ensure smooth project handoffs

What We’re Looking For:
- Roofing sales experience is an asset; home improvement sales a plus
- Prior sales experience strongly preferred
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Comfortable managing a CRM (or willing to learn)
- Car and valid license are great to have, but not strictly necessary
- Excellent communication and people skills
Compensation:
- 100% Commission Only – paid weekly when jobs are funded
- Typical earnings range: $80,000–$150,000+ annually for consistent closers
